The Role

Grade: 9

Location: Krakow GBS

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Master Data Specialist.

You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of data objects. You will take part in checking the compliance accordingly to internal rules and policies. On this role, you will be able to use your great attention to details and contribute to handling risks linked to the third parties.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Creation and maintenance of data objects (customers, suppliers, materials, cost centres, profit centres, GL accounts, etc.)
  • Run and analyse master data reports in compliance with procedures
  • Handle business queries and ensure data quality according to SLAs
  • Monitor system interfaces and process messages timely per SLAs and OLAs
  • Collaborate with Data Experts to improve Data Quality and address errors
  • Support business projects and initiatives related to master data (reporting, data cleansing, testing, etc.) and contribute to continuous process improvement

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Master Data Maintenance in ERPs (SAP ECC, MSD, QAD, or S/4HANA)
  • Experience in Material Master Data Management processes (creation & maintenance) would be a great plus
  • Good computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office
  • Experience in regional structures and remote teams; effective communication at all levels
  • Customer-oriented with strong goal achievement, focus on relationships, commitment, and care for task outcomes
  • Logical and analytical problem-solving approach; ability to define priorities and create implementable solutions
