Join us in the Corporate Product Master Data Team, as a Junior Master Data Coordinator where your work directly impacts global planning, performance, and operational excellence. Principle Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the Imperial brand hierarchy and supply chain data structures.
- Manage product master data in various sources including PLM and SAP , ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review project briefs and change requests to keep product data aligned and up to date.
- Act as the go-to expert for product data across teams, markets, and systems.
- Support innovation and logistics with reliable specs, stack schemes, and automation tools.
- Drive smooth data operations to enable planning, performance, and product development.
Skills and Experience Required
- Data Management – Some experience with SAP systems or similar for product master data creation and maintenance.
- Analytical Skills – Ability to review project documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication – Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and data communication.
- Innovation Integration – Support new product data initiatives with Marketing and Development.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with automation tools paired with some experience with Python
- Fluent English language skills
