As we continue to transform and innovate, we’re looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team in Warsaw.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) program, translating complex reporting requirements into actionable BI solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at Imperial.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Leading on and turning data into insights, owning and continuously evolving the catalogue of dashboards, KPI's and metrics relevant for the ISC program and its stakeholders 
  • Working with PMO and Global IT to oversee the delivery of Reporting & BI by 3rd party services providers 
  • Supporting delivery of reporting & BI with data analysis, profiling and data validation activities 
  • Working with the Supply Chain excellence BAU team to maintain and evolve the shared catalogue of dashboards, KPI's and Metrics of the SIM data warehouse 
  • Planning, preparing and executing requirements gathering session for reporting & BI scope as part of the ISC program scope. 
  •  Working with the Change Management Tower to develop all necessary artefacts to ensure the successful adoption of Reporting & BI solutions developed by the ISC programme

Skills & Experience Required

  • Good level of proven experience in reporting & Business Intelligence delivery, data analysis and profiling, data platform and reporting technologies  
  • Experience in BI project delivery and stakeholder engagement in matrix organisations 
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding of information, data, data quality and data architecture 
  • Driven, self-organised with an ability to focus on what matters 
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to translate business stakeholders needs into IT deliverables 
  • Accountable, focused, with a strong attention to detail
