The Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a driven individual to join our industry-leading Field Sales team as a Territory Manager, Homebush and surrounding area reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager.

We are seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Executive who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. While prior sales experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from those looking to build a career in sales. To set you up for success, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

This is a field-based sales role, with travel required to customer sites in Homebush and the surrounding areas. No overnight stays are necessary. A valid Full Australian driver’s license is required for all applicants.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Drive KPIs across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale, and Independent Retailers to meet business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and shopper behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with retailers, including independent and wholesale outlets, within your assigned territory.
  • Champion brand advocacy by educating retailers on market trends, industry regulations, and product benefits.
  • Achieve sales and market share targets, ensuring optimal distribution, availability, and coverage in your area, while maximizing the impact of trade incentives and activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities through in-depth knowledge of category dynamics and shopper behavior in-store.

Skills and Experience Required

We’re looking for candidates who either have relevant experience in a similar role or can demonstrate a strong aptitude for success in this position. In addition, the ideal candidate will:

  • Understand the broader team goals and recognise how your contributions can make an impact.
  • Work independently and manage your time and resources effectively, ensuring self-sufficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills, building rapport and relationships quickly and naturally.
  • Take initiative, confidently acting when needed and making decisions autonomously.
  • Be efficient, accurate, and organised, ensuring timely completion of all administrative tasks associated with the role.
