Lead Complex Global Programmes at the Intersection of Innovation, Compliance & Strategy at Imperial Brands PLC

We're seeking a Senior Regulatory Programmes Manager to drive product change initiatives across 25+ markets, shaping the future of our global portfolio in response to evolving regulatory landscapes.

Principal Accountabilities
- Programme Leadership: Directly manage a team of 2 professionals and oversee the full lifecycle of complex regulatory programmes—from initiation to implementation—ensuring compliance and commercial alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across Legal, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Market teams to deliver integrated, strategic outcomes.
- Scenario Planning: Build implementation scenarios that consider financials, manufacturing capabilities, and market dynamics.
- Change Enablement: Drive engagement and alignment across internal teams, supporting business continuity and transformation.
- Special Projects: Support manufacturing footprint optimization and other high-priority initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes, ideally in regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain interdependencies.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; certified project management qualifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
