The Role
Creative key position between sales, brand and trade in marketing. Coordinating and organizing marketing materials, events and various other activities while handling the financial execution as well.
Grade : Staff Grade
Location: Vienna, Austria
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative development of permanent tools
- Keeping existing tools and advertising materials up to date
- Planning & organization of trade events (Fachgruppentage, Stammtische, Kitzbühel, etc.)
- Operational activities for the entire sales team
- Organizing conversions, installations and repairs for our customers
- Budget handling, creation and management of invoices and invoice numbers via SAP
- Organizing events while being in constant exchange with the organizers and other (also internal) stakeholders
- Creation of new outdoor brandings, stretch textiles, and other promotional items together with external producers and graphic agencies to publish new campaigns
- Maintenance of existing materials, such as assortment folders, price drawings, etc., including their filing and production
- Idea development for new, innovative, permanent tools & their implementation by finding a suitable partner company and comparing offers
- Coordination of customer processes/sales orders to the relevant partners with the corresponding time compliance
- Regularly updating and monitoring the movies we play across all channels + providing these through collaboration with Brand
- Monitoring of all activities and review of desired sales investments
- Handling invoices, creating and booking invoice numbers via SAP
