The Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Analyst to join our team providing market and insight of CRM, handling multiple information sources so as to deliver added-value information integral to the business. This is a customer-related support role with client-related contact, requiring the ability to solve a range of routine problems. The ideal Sales Analyst will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
Principle Accountabilities
- Deliver clear, documented sales insights using all available data sources.
- Coordinate and support communication efforts with the Field Force to ensure operational alignment.
- Monitor and develop wholesaler sales reporting, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Analyze business and market trends, holding a high level of understanding business/market trends.
- Drive the creation of new initiatives and automated reporting tools to streamline processes.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering development and knowledge sharing. Uphold company ethics, policies, and models Imperial's Values & Behaviours.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics or relevant.
- Professional experience of sales data analysis, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral) and MS Office Skills, primarily Advanced Excel – [pivot tables, formulas] and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, numerical and commercial reasoning with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, willingness to take ownership and deliver on responsibilities with self-organized approach.
