As a Regional Marketing Project Manager NGP (Europe), you'll be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies for our evolving Vapour portfolio (EVP) across the European region. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence brand growth, portfolio expansion, and go-to-market excellence in a dynamic, opportunity-rich category.

You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating closely with Cluster Marketing teams, the NGP Category group, and senior stakeholders. Your ability to foster alignment, champion best practices, and drive performance management will be key to your success in this high-visibility position. Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive the timely and effective delivery of key strategic initiatives and innovation rollouts for our EVP across Europe.
  • Facilitate Regional Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for Cluster NGP Heads and Regional Category teams, ensuring strategic alignment and consolidating critical market insights.
  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Support the development and execution of impactful brand, portfolio, and activation strategies, directly contributing to our EVP priorities.
  • Ensure Project Governance: Manage robust project governance, documentation, and compliance, including oversight of the I2L process and thorough business case evaluations.
  • Drive Performance & Mitigate Risk: Proactively drive performance management and develop robust risk mitigation plans across all regional markets.
  • Foster Collaboration: Coordinate regular cluster calls, provide clear stakeholder updates, and facilitate cross-functional forums to ensure consistent and aligned execution across the region.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven Marketing Expertise: A strong track record in brand, portfolio, or activation roles within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to successful consumer-focused outcomes.
  • Influential Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and influencing diverse stakeholders within complex matrix organisations.
  • Innovation & Performance Leadership: Proven experience in leading innovation rollouts and effectively managing performance across multiple markets.
  • Commercial Mindset: High level of commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of brand P&Ls and extensive experience in business case development.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: A highly collaborative, structured, and solutions-oriented approach, with the agility to adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics and business needs.
