You’ll play a critical role in driving performance across our Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio in Spain, working at the heart of strategic planning, forecasting, and business partnering. Principal Accountabilities

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting and evaluation of the Spain NGP P&L, ensuring full compliance with Group policies and deadlines
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support performance, review business cases, and assess strategic initiatives
• Provide meaningful variance reviews and scenario modelling to guide planning and future priorities
• Coordinate the business planning and budgeting cycles for the Cluster, ensuring clarity and collaboration throughout the process
• Identify and support cost control, efficiency, and growth opportunities across the NGP business
• Work alongside Marketing, GCO and Insights teams to understand how price, volume and mix influence revenue and margin outcomes

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role
• Strong problem-solving and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into valuable insights
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
• High attention to detail with a collaborative approach to improving processes and outcomes
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel)
