The IBBM / I2L Process Performance Analyst role sits within the process and performance pillar of the GCO Integrated Brand Governance Team.  

This role will have a global remit and is responsible for leading process and performance analysis in maintaining standards and best practice, ensuring compliance, process optimisation, and reporting performance across both NGP and Combustible global led initiatives with critical commercial end-to-end process – Ideation to Launch. A key enabler is the Beacon platform which this role will drive, workflow automation and optimisation across the portfolio to support Imperial Brands data led approach especially across the GCO.  


Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead analysis and governance of business processes aligned to the Integrated Brand Building Model (IBBM) and Ideation to Launch (I2L) frameworks across global and regional initiatives within both NGP and Combustibles categories.
  • Own and manage the Beacon portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, effective cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing performance reviews to drive process efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and maintain workflow automation and reporting tools to enhance operational effectiveness, monitor performance trends, and support the IBBM principles of “bigger, fewer, better”.
  • Support governance forums and project meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, progress tracking, and coordination of follow-up actions across I2L initiatives.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in project documentation, reporting, and change control processes, while maintaining shared workspaces and providing guidance on document management best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, monitoring KPIs, optimising resource capacity, and ensuring integration of the I2L process architecture with wider enterprise processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong grasp of project and programme management methodologies, with a solid understanding of project reporting, governance, and change management processes.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to leverage digital tools and technologies to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with excellent administrative skills and a proactive, structured approach to task management.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal, written, and listening skills, able to engage effectively across all levels and international teams.
  • Skilled in summarising complex information and presenting it clearly, including preparing stage gate documentation and stakeholder presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
