Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a meaningful opportunity to make an immediate impact? This is your chance to step into a trusted, high-impact role supporting senior professionals across multiple corporate functions.

You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking People & Culture team that values kindness, clarity, and integrity - and you’ll be supported to drive progress, shape outcomes, and enhance the employee experience across the business.

You’ll be trusted to work as a true business partner, managing everything from employee relations and performance to organisational change and HR initiatives.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Partner with senior professionals across IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain to support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational changes.
  • Provide guidance across the employee lifecycle - including performance management, ER cases, and compensation topics.
  • Support line managers with complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law and company values.
  • Manage and deliver people-related projects and initiatives aligned to our broader P&C priorities.
  • Collaborate with specialist P&C teams to tailor solutions to business needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and guide less experienced colleagues to help build HR capability across the team.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or People & Culture Advisor in a generalist capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, including handling ER matters and supporting managers at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to constructively shape discussions and offer perspective to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
