In this role as Global MES Development and Data Analytics Manager, you will connect meaningful insights to everyday operations across our global manufacturing network. You'll work closely with colleagues across functions and geographies to enhance processes, improve transparency, and support smarter ways of working.

You’ll take ownership of creating consistent, user-friendly reporting tools, help guide system updates through inclusive collaboration, and contribute to shaping how we use factory data. Whether it’s spotting patterns in performance or supporting helpful system improvements, your work will make a real difference in how we evolve and grow together.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Interpret Manufacturing Execution System (MES) data to explore performance patterns and highlight opportunities for improving how our factories operate
  • Support the preparation of consistent global MES reports that enable shared understanding and practical improvements
  • Coordinate system updates with a focus on inclusivity, transparency, and alignment across teams
  • Work closely with IT, factory teams, and manufacturing colleagues to co-create effective, user-focused solutions
  • Help shape and apply global guidelines to ensure consistency and support for local teams
  • Provide friendly, ongoing support to users, including training, troubleshooting, and process guidance

Skills and Experience Required

  • Ability to work with manufacturing data and translate findings into meaningful and practical insights using tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python
  • Experience using MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, GE Proficy); familiarity with Accevo is welcome
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital tools, and responsible data practices
  • Comfortable preparing proposals that highlight the value of new tools or improvements
  • Skilled in working across teams and levels with empathy, clarity, and shared goals
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a supportive and solutions-focused mindset
