About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be creating innovative, consumer- centric global digital brand campaigns that drive consumer engagement. You will be responsible for developing digital campaigns on time and on budget, and working with markets to bring to launch. The Digital Marketing role will be responsible for all digital campaigns including communications, calendar, web assets and social media and influencer content guidelines. You will accelerate the adoption of our heated tobacco brands through a proactive, data-driven approach, seamlessly aligned with our over-arching brand positioning and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to readiness for market launch
  • Develop digital campaigns, assets, toolkits in line with the Category Brand and CX strategy with considerations for search engine optimisation and user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate the performance of our campaigns across multiple digital channels (web & social), driving continuous improvement and optimisation to our approach and content
  • Support local digital marketing teams, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns by ensuring developments of relevant toolkits and assets
  • Develop global social media guidance and support markets to build and maintain presence within defined guardrails
  • Analyse performance of all digital marketing campaigns, supported by the Global Digital & Performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing Managers and Marketing Development Manager to ensure seamless alignment with over-arching brand developments and toolkits
  • Brief and manage relevant agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies. Provide thought leadership and a perspective on adoption of these technologies where appropriate

Who we are looking for

  • A proven digital marketing background in FMCG and or Tech. (minimum 8 years experience), with related university degree, preferably at post-graduate level
  • Experience at both market and global level roles
  • Demonstrable experience leading, developing and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in understanding target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Strong grasp of overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and general brand strategies
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Important to demonstrate an ability  to  build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to  demonstrate knowledge and presence in cross-functional meetings
  • Excellent collaborative mind-set, comfortable with change
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on how to prepare content to a high standard
  • Ability  to work independently to tight timelines and  deliver under pressure
  • Hands-on attitude with a strong cross-functional team-player mentality
