As our Retail Account Manager North, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, executing tailored growth plans, and driving our brand’s success across retail channels. Principle Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong, win-win relationships with key retail clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans tailored to each account.
  • Ensure effective in-store execution across visibility, promotions, and distribution.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and proactively propose solutions.
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams to drive commercial priorities.
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and report market insights regularly.

 


Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant experience in retail/key account management, ideally in FMCG or a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese. Proficiency in English is desirable. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver on sales targets.
